Correction

Hey, this is Deb and contrary to what Aaron reported, I am NOT having surgery on the 30th. I will be seeing an Oncologist on Friday. He has come very highly recommended and was anxious to see me this week. Once I talk to him, I will have a better idea of what is going to happen. I do know that I will have to see a surgeon (more than likely, one that he works hand in hand with) and have an MRI. The MRI will tell them more about the tumor and possibly if there is any activity in the lymph nodes (hopefully, there won't be). After that surgery will be scheduled. I am so ready to get the surgery and move on. Most of the time I have peace about this whole thing, but then sometimes fear creeps in and I get scared. But, breast cancer is very curable and I really do think I will beat this thing. Take care and I will write an update as soon as I have more to report. Love you all, Deb

An update from Aaron

Hello everyone,
This is an update from Aaron, Deb's son. I will be teaching her how to use this very soon but wanted to put a post up so people know what's going on. She will be moving to Atlanta on the 28th and having surgery on the 30th. We had a great Thanksgiving with family and have stayed very busy since the news of breast cancer.

Take care everyone,
Aaron
